The Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technicians Inc. (CAPT) collects personal information from our members in the regular course of doing business. This document answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we protect the information you entrust to us with and help manage membership.
Canadian Association of Pharmacy Technician memberships may be cancelled at any time; however, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Request made in writing to the Director of Membership within 30 days of purchase may be considered, however, in all cases an administration fee of up to 10 percent of member fee (plus HST) will be charged.
Credit Card Information
When you provide your credit card information to CAPT it will be stored through TD Canada Trust encrypted database. CAPT website does NOT store this information it is used primarily for the purpose to transfer the information to the database of TD Bank. If in the event a refund is issued the original credit card on file will used.
